About Us and Our Clients

Diana Brooks, Principal

Diana Brooks has experience in organization development and training that runs both broad and deep. From her early career as a college faculty member to the founding of her business in 1986, she has demonstrated a passion for helping others attain exceptional leadership, teamwork and individual potential. Her work has taken her from corporations to monasteries, from the Berkshires to Brazil.

Ms. Brooks’ expertise is interaction at work: how we work with colleagues and customers to lead, manage, resolve problems, and build teams. Whether helping to develop a corporate management group, facilitating a workshop for a not-for-profit, or coaching one-on-one, Diana focuses on sharing practical knowledge and skills to empower people to improve their impact on individuals and organizations.

She is author of numerous articles on communication at work and is active in her community and profession. She has served on several boards, including the Berkshire Leadership Program, Berkshire Community College Board of Trustees, Williamstown Savings Bank and Hoosac Bank Boards of Directors, The Training Alliance, and the Leadership Forum at Silver Bay. She is a Certified Facilitator for DDI-Development Dimensions International and a Certified Mass Excellence Quality Performance Examiner, as well as a member of Southern New England Nonprofit Consultants.
